Orders leave our studio within 1–2 business days. Delivery inside the lower 48 usually takes 3–6 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders can take 7–21 business days.

Lower 48: $6.95 for the first box, $2 for each additional box, capped at $14.95. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: add $12. International: $19.95. Grizz and Legend members ship free in the lower 48, pay $9 to AK/HI and territories, and a $10 minimum internationally. The Variety Pack ships free in the lower 48.

Each signature box is 12–14oz depending on the cereal — the exact net weight is printed on every product page.

Bear Bucks are our rewards points. You earn them on every order, and you can redeem them for rewards or save them toward Grizz and Legend membership tiers. Redeeming points never reduces your lifetime total, so your membership progress is safe.

If your box hasn't shipped yet, email djgrizz.support@gmail.com with your order number and we'll change or cancel it. Once it's on a truck we can't pull it back, but our refund policy still has you covered.

Yes. International orders ship at a flat $19.95 and any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Our cereals contain grain ingredients (oats, wheat, barley) and are produced in a facility that also handles milk, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. See the Ingredients & allergens page for the full breakdown per box.

You'll get a shipping email with tracking as soon as your box leaves the studio. Signed-in customers can also see every order under Your account → Orders.
