By using gethappybites.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. HappyBites Co. operates this shop.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We do our best to keep prices, images and descriptions accurate, but errors happen — if a box is listed at the wrong price or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent, resale-scale, or undeliverable.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method. We don't store full card numbers.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site or our rewards.

Bear Bucks have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and can only be redeemed on this site. Points earned on a refunded order are removed. Membership tiers and their perks — including free shipping thresholds — may change; we'll give notice of material changes. We may void points obtained through fraud or error.

Ingredient and allergen information is published on our Ingredients & allergens page and printed on every box. Always read the box before eating, especially if you have allergies. Nothing on this site is medical or dietary advice.

The HappyBites name, logo, characters, box artwork and site content belong to us. You may share and post photos of your boxes; please don't reproduce our artwork commercially without permission.

The site is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
